By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Shipping Time

We currently ship to customers located in the United States.

Estimated delivery time is typically between 5–10 business days after the order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or external factors.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30.

For orders under $30, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays and Unexpected Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Shelior™ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If incorrect or incomplete details are provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shelior™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
